1. Will you hold items for customers?
   
   Carmichael's will gladly hold an unpaid item for three days for a customer. At the end of three days, we will call the customer to see if they are still interested in the item before putting it back out for sale.
   
   
2. Do you offer layaway?
   
   Items maybe placed upon a 60 day layaway option with a 25% nonrefundable deposit.
   The item must be paid for in full within the 60 day time limit.
   
   
3. Which items are available for custom orders?
   
   Carmichael's offers customer order on china, crystal, invitations and everyday item. Please call our store at (770) 267-2559 for help in creating a custom order.
   
   
4. Do you offer embroidery?
   
   Yes, our sister store, Wanda's Hallmark, does our embroidery for us. If the item is purchased from us, the embroidery is a $10 fee. Items purchased from another store are embroidered for a $12 fee. Unique or Large embroidery requests are completed at an additional cost based on the size of the item, a quote will be given before any work is completed.
   
   
5. Will you ship my purchase?
   
       We are able to ship your purchase for you at a nominal shipping  charge, if ordering online, see our shipping charges before checking out. If ordering over the phone, please request a quote for shipping and handling.
   
   

 6.  What types of registries do you have?

       Anyone can make a gift registry with Carmichael's. While registries           are traditionally used regarding weddings and babies, out gift registry is 

       great to use for any occasion...  graduations, "Big" birthdays, a new home

       purchase, and Retirement celebrations. Our gift registry is easy to use

       and enables people to find that 'perfect gift'.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

       In store we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express,

       and Discover.  Online, payments are made by paypal or credit card.
