WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Struggling to lose weight? Want to get healthy but aren't certain what to do? Sign up for our 12 week group program, following the LEARN program. Individual counseling is also available, please email wellness@carmichaeldrugs.com to sign up or for more information.

DIABETES EDUCATION

Work with a certified Diabetic Educator to learn more about this disease and how it affects your body. Learn the right way to eat, what to eat and how to best live with this disease. Classes or individual counseling is available.

CLASS OF THE MONTH

HEARTSAVER CPR - March 28th, at the Healthworks location on Spring Street in Monroe. The class is $45 per person and covers all expenses. Be trained for the Adult Heartsaver and AED class. CLICK HERE for the registration form - it must be turned into Carmichael's by March 25th.
